Hey guys, I work at Filmaka and thought you would be interested in this new competition. Filmaka is funding all the productions and the winners could be shown in part during the Grammy Awards! We have several songs that we've already cleared the rights to, which are posted on the competition page. All you have to do is write a 2 to 5 page pitch telling us the story and look of what your music video would be like. If we select your pitch, we'll give you $7500 to produce and direct your music video. If you have an idea for a great script, but not much directing experience, we can pair you with an experienced director who will bring your pitch to life.

Though Harvey Birdman implanted in my head the latent homosexuality in Johnny Quest, it wasn't until today that I truly understood it. My family bought the first season and there have been SO MANY hints that I feel like I am going insane. About a month and a half has passed since my graduation and so far:

- My new fav pairing is Mulder/Krycek so i am officially seven years behind in life.

- I have had more hangovers in the last few weeks then i had in my first two years of college

- My sleeping habits are turning nocturnal




In conclusion: I need a job. =)

I just watched one of the most comprehensive documentary's of the Iraq war. PBS Frontline never fails to amaze me. watch it.

It was an eventful 5 hours.

On Monday I start my job at the craft store. I am very happy about this. There were only two jobs i really wanted over the summer: the Hustler shop on Sunset, and the craft store in Santa Barbara. Both i feel that i am perfect for, but L.A. is rather a long commute for a part time job. Yay to crafts! i am very excited, I already know Im going to spend most of my paycheck on yarn.

I'm without internet for one week and everything dies. SixApart is now purging journals and everyone is deleting their comms and personal journals.

What do i do? where do i go? LIVEJOURNAL IS DYING!!

Getting your wisdom teeth out hurts. =( i think the codeine just kicked in, but i just feel more drowsy and still hurty.

omg I'm having the best day.
- I woke up at 12.
-Had some sweet coffee and fanfiction.
- watching MASH with my familia
- North Korea is going to shut down one of their nuclear reactors.


The only con is David Tullis... He wont go away!

- I’m almost finished moving into my new apartment. Hopefully the cleaning will be done today. =)
- Doctor who: getting over the finale and watching season 2 again
- Developing an even bigger crush on Billie Piper, omfg she is so hot….
- Rewatching Harry Potter with Kellie
- Actually watching Bleach…and having no idea why.
- Finishing Knittys Hush Hush, it took freakin forever to knit…even though Kellie says it makes me look like a fallen woman.
- Going home to Yucaipa for the next three weeks to get my wisdom teeth out and see Daft Punk. Hit me up if anyone wants to hang out. =)

Ok, so I spent all day not writing my paper. Instead I have been researching Fanlib, and the Warriors of Innocence. To put a cherry on top, LJ deleted Pornish Pixies, one of my favorite sites because incest was listed in their interests. All that beautiful fic is now scattered through the internet instead of one convenient site. Though pornishpixies did have incest, it was not predominantly incest, and it was fiction, not real life. and I know that fanlib is an overexposed topic but I still don’t understand how it is legal. We are paying them for the privilege of fan fiction? Fan fiction that is illegal to accept money for. Plus, why are these renegade vigilantes called Warriors of Innocence, trolling through fan fiction to deem what is right and what is wrong? Is this what the public face of fan fictions going to be?
